The Pup Tent - our artists' blank canvas:

The Pup Tent originated out of the need for temporary housing for soldiers in the field. Lightweight, easily portable and with no flooring or flaps, it is actually two canvas halves which snap together to form a shelter just large enough for two people. Designed so that two people could carry their respective halves, the canvas was often used as a sort of poncho in addition to its ability to combine to make a shelter.
